Texas Tech Coach Mike Leach Fired – Searches Soar

Today we learned that Mike Leach, the Texas Tech head football coach, has been fired to not taking the proper precautions with a player that had experienced concussions.  There have been many rumors swirling that this was likely to happen but some feel that the only reason this action was taken was because the player mistreated was the son of a college football analyst at ESPN.  Craig James of ESPN came out publicly and addressed the issue and this is when it hit the mainstream media; less than 48 hours later Mike Leach was fired.

The amount of searches related to Mike Leach being fired has soared over the last few hours.  This is going to be a topic that does not go away quickly as it looks like the will be lawsuits involved.  We will continue to research Mike Leach and stay up to date on the current issue.
