PageRank Searches Spike When Google Updates Page Ranking on Websites

The PageRank system that was created by Google co-founder Larry Page has changed the way the Internet works.  There are very few people who do not use the search engine Google.  What is interesting is most of these people have no idea how websites are ranked by this search engine.  The PageRank system is the way in which Google ranks websites based on specific searches.  Only Google knows the entire PageRank algorithm.  The search engine king releases new Google PageRank numbers around four times a year.  From the Google Trends chart you can clearly see the spikes when Google releases the new page rankings.

If you currently own a website or have a business that owns a website you know just how important PageRank is.  The higher your PageRank the more searches you are going to receive from the Google search engine; all things being consider.
