Bank of America has done a great job of marketing its home loan division as can be seen on all the commercials and advertisements. Most home owners and future home owners would generally search “Bank of America mortgage rates” but the marketing plan that Bank of America has created has helped to change that. By looking at the Google Insights chart comparing the two search terms you can clearly see when Bank of America started their marketing of the “home loans” keyword.
When digging deeper into the data it is not a surprise at all that the state that searches these two keyword terms the most is Nevada. Nevada has seen great struggles when it comes to home prices over the last few years and many of these homeowners are likely looking to refinance to a lower mortgage rate. The number two state searching for these terms is Arizona and once again this is not a surprise as Arizona has seen great struggles in home prices as well.
