Kim Hughes is the New Los Angeles Clippers Coach as Mike Dunleavy is Fired

Today we learned that Kim Hughes is the new Los Angeles Clippers coach as Mike Dunleavy was fired.  There is a huge interest in this subject as many people want to know the background on Kim Hughes and why exactly the Clippers felt that it was time to let Mike Dunleavy go.  The Clippers have always had trouble competing with their rival in Los Angeles the Lakers but is Kim Hughes going to do anything to change that.
