CBS Sports Road to the Final Four will take place tonight as the Final Four games tip off at 6:07.  Many Americans have been enamoured with the 2010 NCAA college basketball tournament so it will come as no surprise to see a large number of searches for live coverage of the Final Four at Lucas Oil Field in Indianapolis, Indiana.  The four participants in 2010 will be Duke, Michigan State, West Virginia and Butler.

Final Four searches have dropped over the last week but look for these searches to skyrocket as the Final Four games get closer.  In a few short hours we will see Michigan State and Butler take the court to play for a chance at the national championship.  Many Americans will search for live coverage from CBS Sports.
