Chase mortgage rates for May 5, 2010 are up 4.84% for the 30 year fixed mortgage. With mortgage rates very low in early May and will come as no surprise to see many Americans searching to lock in to a low refinance rate as soon as possible. Some analysts have predicted that mortgage interest rates will likely move up in the near future but as of now they are below 5%.

Chase mortgage rates has been a very popular search over the last several months as Chase is now known as one of the big four banks. Look for this search trend to continue as the big four banks continue to gain market share.
