The Los Angeles Lakers will take on the Boston Celtics in Game 7 of the 2010 NBA finals tomorrow night. These two organizations have a storied history with many NBA titles. With a game 7 nearing many sports fans are very excited to see how these teams come out and play tomorrow night.
In game 6 at the Staples Center the Los Angeles Lakers sent a message early. Getting up double digits in the first quarter the Lakers let it be known that they were going to push the Boston Celtics to a game 7 in Los Angeles. The entire game was a run away as the Lakers pushed the lead to as much as 27.
On Thursday night the Boston Celtics are going to have to come out with much more energy if they hope to play with the Los Angeles Lakers at the Staples Center. When Phil Jackson and Kobe Bryant taste blood in the water it is often the case that they attack and get up early.
With Kendrick Perkins out for game 7 it might be the case that the Los Angeles Lakers go to their big men early to establish a post position. After doing this it will likely open up the outside shots for many of the Lakers guard. The Boston Celtics hope to combat this by playing great defense.
Throughout the entire series the Boston Celtics have play amazing defense and it will likely be no different in game 7. If the Celtics can stop the big men of the Los Angeles Lakers then it will likely be the case that they will take home the 2010 NBA Title. It will be fun to watch either way.
