Some of the biggest banks in America are offering very good opportunities at the present time. Big banks such as Bank of America, Chase, Citi and Wells Fargo are quoting interest rates below 5% for many borrowers. It is very important to remember that these banks or any financial institutions will not offer these rates to everyone. If you are considered “bad credit” or have a credit score that is well below 580 then it could be truly impossible to lock in to low home loan interest rates in Nevada at the present time. Please remember to always do your research. If you have any stories or comments feel free to post them here.
