Miami of Ohio will take on the Florida Gators in the first game of the 2010 season for both teams. Many Florida fans are very excited for the season to start and it should be no surprise to see great discussion on the Miami Ohio vs Florida TV schedule. This game will air on ESPN at noon and will be one of the most highly watched games at this time as many people will want to see how the Florida Gators adjust without Tim Tebow at quarterback. Many will also want to see the predictions and picks for week 1 when it comes to Gators football. There is very little doubt that the Florida Gators will be a heavy favorite but there are many other concerns when it comes to this football team.
Most people can not dispute that there is great talent on the Florida football team this year but quarterback play is very important when it comes to college football. By not having an experienced quarterback many teams end up losing several games due to inexperience and bad decisions that critical situations. This year, Urban Meyer and the Florida Gators hope that replacing Tim Tebow is not as hard as everyone is making it out to be. No one will dispute the fact that Tim Tebow was one of the best college football quarterbacks in history but he is no longer with the team and the Gators must move on.
Being a heavy favorite in a home opener is not very surprising and this is exactly the case when it comes to Miami Ohio vs Florida. Some feel is that Florida should win this game by at least five touchdowns while others realize that they are breaking in a new quarterback and there will be a learning curve. Miami Ohio is not expected to have a great team this year so look for the Florida talent to greatly dominate this game but winning by five touchdowns may be a little bit excessive.
If the Florida defense can create some turnovers and possibly put points on the board there is a very good chance that they could win by a large margin but expecting defensive and special teams touchdowns is not something that many fans would like to rely on when they expect their team to win. With ESPN pushing college football very hard this season look for many eyes to be on the Miami Ohio versus Florida football game on ESPN at noon on Saturday, September 4. This is going to be a very exciting day for many college football fans as they have waited for Saturdays in the fall for quite some time.

As can be seen, the Gators have a great chance of winning double digit games this year but games at Alabama and at Florida State could be very challenging. Look for Florida State to have a very good team in 2010 as they will have a very experienced senior at quarterback – Christian Ponder. The game in Tallahassee this year could be very competitive unlike in the last several years.
Florida Gators fans have come to expect double-digit wins each and every year but this could be a year that it may not happen. Going to Alabama is going to be extremely difficult and most people expect the defending national champions to beat the gators in 2010. Other games in the SEC that could be extremely difficult include going to Tennessee, to Georgia in taking on the LSU Tigers at home. The success of the 2010 Florida Gators season will be greatly determined by how they finish and if they can beat Florida State and go to a BCS bowl in 2010. With that being said many people will search for the Miami Ohio versus Florida TV schedule and will want to see the ESPN noon game that will kick off the season for this highly touted group.
