Boise State vs Virginia Tech TV Schedule – Predictions and Picks for Monday Night Game of Broncos vs Hokies
The biggest matchup for week one of the college football season is without a doubt, Boise State vs Virginia Tech. This game could make or break this season for each of these programs and many people will want to narrow the Boise State vs Virginia Tech TV schedule. This game will be an ESPN game at 8:00 pm on Monday night. As many Americans will be winding down from their Labor Day vacation they will come home to watch one of the most exciting college football games of the first week. Many fans will also want predictions and picks for this Monday night game as they will want to know who is the odds-on favorite to win.
At the present time Boise State is the slight favorite to win this game but many feel that Virginia Tech will have the home-field advantage as this game is at FedEx Field. Boise State has to fly across the country while Virginia Tech just has to go across the state of Virginia. It is also the case that the head coach of Virginia Tech, Frank Beamer, does a great job of getting his team motivated when they are not picked to win the game. It has been quite some time the Virginia Tech was not picked to win a game that they are playing near their home field.
If this game were at Virginia Tech’s home stadium, Lane Stadium, there is very little doubt that they would be at least a touchdown favorite. With this being the case many feel that there is no way Virginia Tech will lose the Boise State as they have to travel across the country and prepare for a team that is always very well coached. That being said, there are some analysts that feel that Boise State could win the national championship in 2010 if they can get by this first game of the season. After playing Virginia Tech at FedEx Field Boise State will be a heavy favorite and almost every single game. The only true challenge they will likely have is playing Oregon State at home but as we saw last year it is extremely tough to beat Boise State in their home stadium.
With that in mind the entire 2010 Boise State schedule is as follows:

By looking at the schedule is quite obvious why many feel that the only challenge Boise State will have is the first game versus Virginia Tech. Although they will struggle with Oregon State at home it will be the case that they will be double-digit favorites going into that game. If there is any way that Boise State can come out of FedEx Field with a victory on Monday night and there is a very strong possibility that they will run the table and could play for a national championship in 2010.

Playing in the ACC does not create the easiest schedule but few can argue that Virginia Tech will be favored in many of the games they play in 2010. Games at North Carolina and at Miami at the end of the season will be the biggest struggle but it has commonly been the case in Virginia tag gets better each and every week of the season and they find a way to finish the season strong. With a victory over Boise State to start the season Virginia Tech could be in line to win the ACC and possibly have a great BCS opportunity. With that being said many people will search for the Boise State vs Virginia Tech TV schedule for Labor Day.
