UNC vs LSU TV Schedule – Predictions and Picks of ABC Saturday Night Game of the Week Tar Heels vs Tigers

One of the most talked about games of the first week of the college football season is UNC versus LSU. This game is sure to be very interesting as there have been rumors that up to nine UNC starting defenders could be suspended for the game and possibly season for academic reasons. With this being the case many people will want to know the UNC vs LSU TV schedule. This game will be aired on ABC beginning at 8:00 on Saturday, September 4. Many people will also want to know some of the predictions and picks of this game between the Tar Heels and Tigers.

At this point it is very hard to pick against the LSU Tigers as they have dominated the ACC over the last several years and UNC could be without some of their defensive starters. The turmoil going on in Chapel Hill must be very distracting as the NCAA is beginning deep investigations when it comes to tutors writing papers for UNC student athletes. If anything comes out of this situation there is a very good chance that UNC could see steep penalties and their entire defense could be sitting out for the 2010 season.

Even if the UNC Tar Heels had their first string defense it would still be very difficult to beat the Bayou Bengals and Atlanta. Over the next few days it will be very interesting to see what comes out of the investigations with the UNC defensive players. There is little doubt that at least a few of them will be suspended for this game and this gives LSU a huge advantage. With the University of North Carolina attempting to complete practices with many NCAA investigations going on it will be interesting to see if they can concentrate when it comes to football and academics.

The entire 2010 LSU schedule is as follows

Being in the SEC is very challenging as can be seen in the LSU schedule. Going to Florida, to Auburn and to Arkansas are going to be very challenging games and this does not even include Alabama coming to Tiger Stadium at the beginning of November. Many feel that Les Miles is on the hot seat in 2010 if he does not win double-digit games than he could be out as the LSU head coach. With a very difficult schedule it is going to be extremely hard for the LSU Tigers to win more than 10 games this season but they have won national championships in the recent past with a very difficult schedule.

The head coach at UNC is in very hot water right now is there is a strong possibility that the tutor who was writing papers for the defensive starters was also a nanny for his teenage son. If this comes to fruition then there is a very good possibility that UNC will see many penalties and Butch Davis will no longer be the head coach at the University of North Carolina. Nothing has been set in stone at the present time but it seems that there are many issues going on at UNC which could cause a disaster when it comes to the 2010 football season.

Over the next week we will begin to better understand what players will be eligible for the UNC versus LSU game in Atlanta Georgia. With this being a very important game for both teams look for many people the search for the UNC vs LSU TV schedule. When it comes to predictions and picks for this game many analysts will likely wait until the last minute to see which players will actually suit up for both teams.

I hate to say this, but UNC never had a chance to begin with. I live and work in Durham, but am from New Orleans and I am a die hard LSU fan, but regardless of my likes or dislikes, UNC didn’t stand a chance with all of their starters or not. Now, LSU should just put the 2nd string players in so they do not stand a chance of a starter getting hurt, or worse, getting a UNC player killed!
    GEAUX TIGA’S!
