As we make our way through the Spring and towards the Summer of 2011 it is the case that many people are excited about Memorial Day. It is generally the case that people consider Memorial Day weekend the kickoff of the summer and a large number of customers will look for sales and deals for very low prices. With this in mind should come as no surprise to see many people looking for 2011 TMobile Memorial Day sales as they hope to find the best deals on popular cell phones such as the Google Nexus S, the Samsung Galaxy S and the Blackberry Curve and Bold.
With Memorial Day being a bank and government holiday there is very little doubt that many people will be out and about looking for things to do. Most retailers realize this to be the case that they are more than willing to offer very low prices for popular items such as cell phones or smartphones. With this in mind it may be a wise decision to do research early and see which smartphones could be on sale from TMobile during the big Memorial Day weekend sales event. It is important to realize that most sales and deals are only available for individuals who are looking to sign at least a one-year contract and usually a two-year contract.
Over the last several years most major holidays presented great opportunities to get smart phones at very low prices. Some major retailers such as WalMart and Best Buy have offered smart phones for as low as $.01 for individuals who are willing to sign a long-term contract. Remember that there are many opportunities to get a smart phone at retailers throughout the United States and what is always advisable to do as much research as possible before making a final decision.
Here is some more information about TMobile from Wikipedia:
T-Mobile is a German wireless services provider, owned by Deutsche Telekom. It operates several GSM networks in Europe and the United States. T-Mobile also has financial stakes in mobile operators in Central and Eastern Europe. Globally, T-Mobile has some 150 million subscribers,[1] making it the world’s tenth largest mobile phone service provider by subscribers and the third largest multinational after the United Kingdom’s Vodafone and Spain’s Telefónica. T-Mobile UK has recently become part of a joint venture with France Telecom’s mobile network provider, Orange U.K.; together they make the UK’s largest mobile operator, called Everything Everywhere.
Based in Bonn, Germany, T-Mobile is present in ten other European countries (Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Macedonia, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia and the United Kingdom) as well as the United States.
In late 2005, Deutsche Telekom attempted to acquire rival mobile network operator O2, but was beaten by Spain’s Telefónica.[2]
In March 2008, the company announced its plan to acquire Siemens Wireless Modules (now known as Cinterion Wireless Modules) as part of the JOMA consortium. The Siemens Wireless Modules spin off to Cinterion Wireless Modules was concluded on 1 May 2008.
