In the 2011 Belk Bowl NC State will take on Louisville.  Louisville is the co-champ of the Big East while NC State was not even over .500 against the ACC.  That being said, NC State should have a very big advantage when it comes to the crowd.  The game will be in Charlotte, NC and NC State fans are excited about going to this game.
